Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 48-72 hours from Spain, always tracked. 

With our transporter:

  • If you live in Spain, delivery takes 2-4 working days.
  • If you live in Europe, delivery takes 4 to 7 working days.
  • If you live outside Europe, delivery takes 7 to 10 working days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or shipping carrier issues.

Refund Policy

At Yabang, transparency and fairness guide everything we do. Because we work with curated, second-hand archival garments, all purchases are handled with care and in accordance with European consumer regulations.

Refunds (Spain Only)

If you are based in Spain, you may request a refund if your item meets all return conditions listed below. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect the return.

Store Credit (EU, outside Spain)

For customers in other EU countries, returns are eligible for a store credit (voucher) equal to the purchase value. Store credits are issued within 14 calendar days of return approval and can be used for future orders.

No Refunds (Outside the EU)

We do not offer refunds or store credits for orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., UK, USA, Japan, Switzerland, etc.), unless the item arrives with a clear defect or issue not stated in the product description. In such rare cases, please contact us immediately for support.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund or store credit, the item must:
– Be in its original condition, unworn, and free of new stains, odors, or alterations.
– Have the Yabang tag intact. Items with removed tags are not eligible.
– Be shipped back at the customer’s expense (non-refundable).
– Be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery by contacting us.

Refund & Credit Processing

Refunds (Spain): Issued to the original payment method within 14 calendar days after acceptance.
Store Credit (EU): A digital voucher of equal value will be sent via email within the same timeframe.
– If a returned item does not meet the above conditions, it will be sent back to you at your expense, without refund or store credit.
