RETURNS & REFUND POLICY — YABANG
Legal Framework
This policy is governed by EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and applicable national consumer protection legislation in each respective country of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal (14 Calendar Days)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without the need to provide any justification.
After this period has elapsed, no returns will be accepted, except in the exceptional circumstances described below.
Conditions Required to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
For a return to be accepted within the 14-day window, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Once the 14-day withdrawal period has passed, returns will only be accepted in the following cases:
In these cases, Yabang will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement, subject to availability.
Outside of these circumstances, no returns will be processed after 14 days, regardless of whether the item still has its tags or has not been used.
Geographic Scope
Spain Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
European Union Returns from all EU member states are eligible for a full refund or a store voucher of equal value, issued within 7 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the return. This applies to: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Sweden.
Outside the EU — UK, USA, and International Orders We do not offer refunds or store credit for orders shipped outside the European Union. This includes, but is not limited to, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, Switzerland, Canada, and Australia.
The sole exception applies when an item arrives with a clear defect or issue not stated in the product description, or due to a shipping error made by Yabang. In such cases, please contact us immediately at contact@yabangbcn.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will assess each case individually and propose a resolution.
Please note that by completing a purchase from outside the EU, you acknowledge and accept that the EU statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to your order.
Items That Do Not Meet Return Conditions
If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above, it will be sent back to the buyer at their own expense, with no refund or store credit issued.
