The Rottweiler is perhaps the most iconic motif of Givenchy’s "street-luxe" era, first introduced by Tisci in Fall 2011. By 2017, the brand began revisiting the graphic in more subtle, "boxed" formats like the one seen here.
Unlike the massive, full-chest prints of earlier seasons, this version features a smaller, rectangular photographic patch centered on the chest. It depicts two Rottweilers in mid-snarl/play.
The patch is often a separate fabric (like silk or a high-shine polyester) stitched onto the cotton base, giving it a framed, artistic look compared to standard screen printing.
